The FDA has approved an innovative treatment designed to target and slow the progression of myopia in children ages 8-12. This is part of a limited program in partnership with CooperVision using specially designed daily disposable contact lenses. A-scan
To help determine the percentage of possible high-myopia with your child, we will perform an A-scan (short for Amplitude scan). This quick and painless scan is performed to measure the length of the eye.
